How it works

Built into a fast Mac workflow

    Choose a wallpaper folder

    Use ~/Pictures/Wallpapers immediately or grant access to another folder once through Finder.

    Turn on Auto-Rotation

    Open Settings, choose an interval, and select the entire library or an available Pro collection as the source.

    Let Wallset run from the menu bar

    Wallset changes the desktop on schedule. Use the menu-bar actions whenever you want to pause, shuffle, or go back.

Rotation is intentionally instant

Wallset's visual transitions are for manual switches from the picker. Automatic rotation changes the desktop instantly on both Free and Pro, which keeps scheduled changes predictable and unobtrusive.

What happens with a small library?

If the chosen source contains fewer than two available images, Wallset skips rotation and sends a one-time notification explaining why. A Pro collection that becomes unavailable safely falls back to the entire library.
